Two winners, determined by a review panel, will receive a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Grant for up to $1000 to support travel to a teaching and learning conference.聽聽

Teaching a鈥嬧€媙d Learning Enhancement Grant

These grants will provide support for Dalhousie educators who are interested in engaging in projects to enhance teaching and learning, through the design and development of new or alternative approaches to enhance student learning at the course, department or Faculty level. The overall aim of these grants is to foster deep and impactful student learning and promote faculty members鈥� professional development of teaching.聽

This grant will provide support for Dalhousie educators who are interested in adapting or creating an Open Educational Resource (OER), or who would like to investigate the impact of their use of OER on student learning at the course, department or Faculty level.聽

Scholars鈥媓ip of Teaching and Learning Grant

These聽grants will provide support for Dalhousie educators who are interested in developing a project that studies, assesses, and/or evaluates the impact of a particular research question on students鈥� learning. This might include, but not be limited to, the development of new or revised initiatives, programs, courses,聽use or creation of open educational resources (OER),聽and/or methods/activities/assessments in teaching and learning.聽聽
