Worried about your studies?聽Students聽can also attend free study skills workshops on topics such as note-taking, presentation skills, short answer & essay exam techniques, and time management.聽For聽times and locations, go to聽.
Or you can attend our聽Exam Anxiety Workshop, to learn about practical strategies to help manage exam anxiety and to prevent your mind from going blank (Monday, December 2/19, 4鈥5:30pm, LeMarchant Place, Room 2304).
You can find more information about these resources at聽.
Student Health and Wellness offers聽same-day counselling sessions. Should it be helpful to meet with one of our Counsellors for a same-day session,聽students聽can do so Monday through Saturday when Student Health and Wellness is open. Sometimes, the chance to share some concerns and problem-solve with a Counsellor in one session can really make a difference.
